Dive into the basics of meditation, mindfulness and breathwork to explore the impacts of presence and curiosity upon your life.

Connected Parenting

Take a deeper dive into who you are, and who you want to be, as a parent. Learn the basics of parenting and the impact of communication, choice and connection-based interactions based on the most current neurobiological studies and evidenced-based parenting practices. Learn how to encompass these changes for who you are as a person and make realistic steps towards change for your lifestyle.

Includes an introduction to the different developmental stages of early childhood, and the nervous system - what it is, how to regulate and why, and how to connect with yourself, your partner, your community and your children.

Understanding You

This workshop introduces you to your body and your nervous system, including what it is, why it’s important and how to start working with it. We work with experiential practices designed to work within a busy lifestyle for realistic and lasting change.

Sex Positive Parenting

Empowerment tools for life, not just sex. This workshop covers tools for life. Learn how to better understand sex positive parenting, how to talk about sex, boundaries, consent and body education with your child in a developmentally appropriate way. Explore the impacts of open communication to foster trust and encourage self-empowerment within your family and engage in exercises to begin working through your own experiences with sex education.

Movement Basics

This workshop goes over the what and why’s of movement, how it differs from exercise and why you need it. We explore together what movement looks like for you, in your body, and how to easily bring it into your life.
